We have updated the overall design of the site. The details of the home screen where your tracking information is displayed has not changed.

Let us know should you experience any issues after the update. Also, any comments or suggestions regarding the change are of course welcome.

We have tweaked the user home page a bit to put more focus on a feature that we feel is a bit under utilized, the share function.

Using the share function you can not only invite colleagues to follow a shipment, you can invite Pro users from other companies by entering there complete username, eg. user@company. You can also invite contacts without an account by using their email address, they will get a read only view and maybe they like it so much that they get an account them self so you can cooperate even closer.

So look out for the new shiny green "Share" icon in your shipment entries, we hope you will put it to good use!

As you may have noticed we have made some changes to the design of the user home page, and we have now updated the screencast to reflect this.

We have updated the design for the result pages of Air cargo, Post/EMS, Container and B/L tracking. The goal of the new design is to make the selection of alternative tracking options easier and more efficient. Please let us know should you experience any problems with the new design or if you have any comments/suggestions.

We have added a new feature to track-tracePro:

You can now store selections you make after tracking post/EMS, air cargo, containers and BOLs back to your Pro account.

So for example lets say you have stored a tracking number for a Chinese EMS parcel that is going to the US. If you track it from your account and then select USA a link named "Pro: Add selection" will appear. Clicking this will store the selection back to track-tracePro so that the next time you track this shipment USA will be selected automatically.

We have added a new feature to track-tracePro:

You can now invite contacts without a track-tracePro account to follow your shipments. They will receive an email with a link to a page where they can track the shipment and see any updates marked as available to contacts.

For any shipment you follow you can now get an email when other users add updates to the shipment. Activate it by clicking the mail icon on the shipments you want to get emails for.

We are opening up to adding more shippers to track-tracePro. We will accept suggestions from all account holders with a yearly subscription.

To suggest a shipper just reply to this email and include a link to their tracking page. Please note that it may not be possible to add some shippers for technical reasons.

We have added a new feature to track-tracePro:

When creating a task with a time limit the user can check a box for email alert. The system will then send an email to the users email address with a reminder when the task reaches its time limit.

You can now add Bill Of Lading tracking as one of your shippers in track-tracePro. Please note that this is a brand new service and it is by no means complete. If you have a working Bill Of Lading number that is not supported please send it to us with the link to the tracking page.
